IT’S A STRUGGLE TO FIND BALANCE

Yes, in this day and age, we all feel the effects of overstimulation, media addiction and hyper-vigilant sales hypes. We are missing the natural world, and it's ability to bring balance into our lives. As an integrative therapist and health coach, my recent research is on the exceptional benefits reported on sleep hygiene. The key is to know your bio-rhythms or body clock. Mine are: fall asleep at 10:00 PM and wake up at 5:00 AM…but I often deviated from this. I decided to experiment by getting serious about my sleep patterns and tracking my circadian rhythm with precision timing. The results were nothing short of miraculous!


MY RESULTS

I feel more alive in the morning with sustained energy throughout the day. My brain is clearer—I have increased focus and awareness of my surroundings. In addition, my bio-markers improved. Since last spring, my A1C (blood sugar level) was reduced 2 points and total cholesterol level was reduced 15 points!
